Our Curriculum

Rising Stars Preschool provides differentiated instruction. We offer an academic curriculum that promotes creative, stimulating, hands-on experiences for your child to have fun while learning.

All of our classes include music, art and sensory activities while allowing your children to develop social interaction. Our program encourages your children to learn problem solving and develop Kindergarten readiness skills through experiencing using all of their senses during age appropriate classroom activities and learning centers.

Our Toddler Program (Ages 2-3) focuses on shapes, colors, letters, music, and gross & fine motor skill development. Our Preschool Program (Ages 3-5) emphasizes writing, pre-reading, math, science, history, geography, and health and safety. Our students will be introduced to social studies and diversity by learning about children and cultures from around the world. We feel that these experiences will help develop positive self-esteem and an appreciation and respect for the needs of others.

Our teachers are our most important resource and therefore, we only employ highly educated and well qualified educators at our school. Our teacher-to-student ratio is lower than most, allowing for more individual quality time for each child. We believe it is all of these aspects that make Rising Stars a superior preschool.
